How much can I earn from my items?

Once your item sells, you earn 50% of the profit!

How should I bring in my items?

Please bring all clothing in a structured container. No trash bags!

What do you look for when taking in items?

We sort through pieces based on style, condition, and season.

What if you can’t take my items?

You are free to take back any items we can’t buy, or you can leave them with us to donate to a local non-profit.

How do I know when my item sells?

You will sign up for a consignment account when you sell with us. This account allows you to track your item status online, as well as see the listed price.

How do I redeem my earnings?

Your consignment account will show your earnings. Once you have a balance, you can pick up cash in store or use it as store credit. It is the same amount either way.
